Vienna is lit again!

On November 29 and 30, 2025, Vienna's largest pinball tournament will take place for the third time – this time even bigger, with more machines and more participants than ever before. The venue is once again JO&JOE at Vienna's Westbahnhof, which supports us with its unique location and strong organizational support.

Also on board are our partners RS Pinball, Flipperasyl, Vienna Pinball Crew, and Pinball Queens, who enrich the event with their passion and expertise. For two days, everything revolves around pinball: exciting matches, a thrilling atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to network with the community.

In addition to the tournament, there will also be a free pinball area for anyone who wants to drop by spontaneously and experience the fascination for themselves. The entry fee also includes drink vouchers and discounts on food at JO&JOE.

Tournament schedule for Saturday

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Registration, check-in

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Qualification: Group match play
Mode: 7/5/3/1 points scoring

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Lunch break
Food for participants: 10% discount

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Qualification: Continuation of group match play
(Mode: 7/5/3/1 scoring)

Approx. 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Finals: Top 8 players
Mode: Group match play on multiple tables
Scoring: PAPA scoring (4/2/1/0)

12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Qualification: Group match play
Mode: 7/5/3/1 points scoring
Played in groups as long as there is time (no new rounds after 4:00 p.m.)

Approx. 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Finals: Top 4 players
Mode: Group match play on three tables per round
The best players advance after each round until the winner is determined.

Number of participants

We capped the number of participants at 80 to foster a more enjoyable ambiance, ensure precise scheduling, and provide a rewarding competitive encounter.

To secure your place, there are three ticket options available:

Tournament ticket Saturday: € 40,00
Tournament ticket Sunday: € 40,00
Combo ticket Saturday & Sunday: € 65,00

All tickets include:

Payments

Tickets must be paid directly upon purchase but can be fully refunded up to two weeks before the tournament.

Please note: After September 15, 2025, refunds are unfortunately no longer possible.
With a day ticket, you’ll receive one free drink and a food voucher worth -10%. With the combo ticket for both days, you’ll receive two drink vouchers (soft drink, wine, beer, spritzer) and two food vouchers worth -10% each.
In addition, every participant of Vienna is lit 3 will receive a Welcome Ice Tea voucher from our partner Open World eSports Eatery & Bar.

Arrival and parking

The tournament will take place on the 5th floor of Hostel JO&JOE Vienna. With beautiful views, plenty of space, and a great selection of food and drinks, it's a wonderful place to play pinball.
Getting there by public transport couldn't be easier. Located right by Vienna's Westbahnhof, both the subway and tram lines stop directly outside the door.

For those arriving by car, there are free public parking spaces on Saturdays and Sundays (watch out for exceptions). On Fridays, the short-term parking zone applies until 10 PM.
Not far from the hostel, there is a parking garage that has a partnership with the hostel, making it more affordable for overnight guests.

Accommodation

JO&JOE Vienna offers all tournament participants the possibility to stay overnight in the hostel. The hostel offers several options for accommodation: either a shared room or a cozy private room. Private rooms are very limited and very popular, so please book quickly.
All Vienna is lit participants receive a -10% discount on hostel bookings with the code VIL25.

Catering

Playing pinball makes you hungry and thirsty – but don’t worry, JO&JOE has you covered. The Food Corner offers various dishes (salads, burgers, and pizzas) at fair prices and the bar leaves almost no drink wish unfulfilled.
